Reporting to the Senior Manager of the division, your main responsibilities will be:
Lead local, regional or global projects and initiatives;
Process Design, Re-engineering and implementation, including the needed Controls;
Identify, set up, monitor and report on Project deliverables and project KPIs;
Project-manage the transformation of activities into a new operating model;
Design and execute Change-management, communication and above all project plans;
Define and track project deliverables, assign owners and follow up to ensure timely delivery;
Define risks and propose mitigation plans and implement them - escalate whenever needed to the top management;
Conduct Steering Meetings with Executives to report on Project and Operational Progress;
Identify, Promote and execute Project Opportunities;
Communicate extensively with all stakeholders and higher management as well as with the project team and other project stakeholders.

We are looking someone with at least 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, mainly finance and back office activities with a great team management mindset. Use to work with C-levels or Executive Stakeholder, under a doer attitude, dynamic, curious, highly organized with a methodical approach and attention for detail, with very strong communication skills. Finally with ability to successfully manage various projects simultaneously.
