In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globally.




PR & Social Media Management


  • Execution of PR and SM strategy for all our brands and target audiences.

  • Press release & and post creation and validation.

  • Social media accounts management and monitoring.

  • Coordination of activities with local agencies and internal stakeholders.


Content & Research



  • Develop an understanding of the recruitment industry as well as of our clients' industries/products/ services to define the right content approach for the local market.

  • Develop innovative content ideas to maximize the potential of our external communications.

  • Implementation of global and local research studies for our content strategy.

  • Coordination of content programs with business experts and global content team.


Web Management



  • Content and brand updates on local websites.

  • Coordination of global web optimization projects.

  • Collaboration with regional digital and web teams


Internal Communications



  • Execution of internal communications for global and local projects.

  • Internal communications tools management.

  • Collaboration with HR and Business for internal communications needs.

  • Collaboration with Regional internal Comms teams


Events



  • Support organization and execution of offline and online events.


  • Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos

Primary Requirements:


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related studies preferred

  • 3+ years in-depth Marketing, PR, Content and Social Media experience

  • B2B and B2C Marketing experience is a plus

  • Recruitment or consultancy industry knowledge is a plus


Skills and Abilities:





  • Spanish (native speaker level is a must) & English (Proficiency / C-2 level).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to many different stakeholders

  • Excellent written skills with the ability to create content from scratch for relevant communications

  • Self-driven and passionate individual with the ability to create synergies and find pragmatic solutions

  • Hands-on marketer with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive team worker, sales oriented, strategic thinker but hands on to focus on execution
