This position is responsible for ensuring the correct delivery of Global and Regional learning solutions at PG, designed to support our high-performance culture. You'll be a member of the Global Digital Learning team that designs, develops and delivers a high-quality learning experience to all employees. As a member of our team, you will experience what life is like in a fast paced and agile development environment as we develop content for new learning programmes, build on our digital learning platform, and implement technology solutions to continually improve the lives of our internal customers.

The main tasks you will be managing are as following:

- Support the Delivery & Reporting and the Quality Assurance & Measurement pillars in defining metrics and measurements for learning platform efficiency, creating reports catalogue, defining reporting processes.

- Manage the daily use and administration of the LMS, including uploading courses, registering users, parametrization, etc.

- Provide training analytics, reports and related narratives by:

  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports

  • Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems - Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Filtering and cleaning data by reviewing LMS/Google Analytics reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

  • Working with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities

Requisitos mínimos
  • Two or more years of experience in data analysis and reporting (L&D / HR / Training industry a plus)

  • Familiarity with digital learning, adult learning, training measurement and evaluation models

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Analytics (PowerBI and Power Automate a plus)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience developing logic models, workflows, evaluation plans, and data collection instruments highly desirable

  • Ability to write comprehensive reports

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving

  • Passionate, curious, and self-driven team player who has experience working in fast-paced environments.

  • Fluent English both written and verbal is a must. Any other of the following languages is a real advantage: Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese.
