Working with the Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager, as well as the wider digital team this role will:
* Manage and coordinate UAT programme for each website implementation
* Review and sign off testing steps with supplier
* Track ticket progress in each region to ensure that they are tested and signed off before program plan deadline
* Provide support to product manager to ensure that backlog is kept up-to-date and organised
* Manage issue resolution process, monitor and coordinate feedback and act as an escalation point for testers during UAT testing period
* Check and investigate defects, provide feedback to supplier
* Provide post go live support, perform PVT on selection of global sites, raise any defects with supplier
* Keep wiki CMS how to guide up-to-date with configuration steps and best practices
* Create and share functional evolution presentation with internal stakeholders
* Other tasks and projects as requested

* Knowledge of product management software like Jira would be beneficial

* Knowledge of Drupal is beneficial
* Experience of mobile Apps would be beneficial
