This is an entry level position, ideal for newly grads.

Primary Responsibilities

From day one, you'll hit the ground running as the administrator for:

Global Leadership Academy

  • Organisation and issue of the modules for each leadership programme within the academy

  • Manage and deploy the communications strategy for each leadership programme

  • Act as the initial point of contact for programme participants and respond to ensure a high level of service



Global Coaching Service

  • Act as the initial point of contact for individual coaching requests

  • Launch individual coaching assignments via our global digital coaching platform

  • Monitor individual coaching assignments to ensure that progress is on track



Online Leadership Catalogue

  • Launch licences for our online Leadership catalogue for the participants of Regional and Global programmes

  • Monthly utilisation reports, including insights and recommendations for improvements



360 System

  • Administrator for the 360s associated with a global leadership programme

  • Act as initial point of contact for regional 360 administrators

  • Monthly utilisation reports, including insights and recommendations for improvements



Talent & Performance System

  • Administrator for the Talent & Performance system

  • Act as the initial point of contact for regional system administrators

Essential Qualifications / Experience

  • Business international level of English - both written and oral

  • Two years of proven experience of working in a similar role providing support to multiple stakeholders with a passion for HR/talent

  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
