The position sits within the Global HR & Talent Agile Programme Management Office, which supports the Global HR & Talent strategy by driving key initiatives with an agile framework. The Programme Management Office Coordinator helps optimize the different processes of the PMO and is responsible for the administration of the different systems used by Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Agile Teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the PMO staff and stakeholders within the different agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs - Team of agile teams).

  • Sets-up and maintains the agile teams and ART's boards.

  • Supports PMO Analysts in reporting activities.

  • Is responsible for data transfers to/from vendors and agile teams.

  • Tracks ART's and Agile Teams' progress, risks and lessons learned.

  • Maintains the documentation and folder structure of the PMO SharePoint.

  • Updates Programme and Product Backlogs regularly with updates from different systems and stakeholders.

  • Manages the proof-reading process with different stakeholder worldwide.

  • Raise Purchase Orders on GFS (Global Financial System).


  • Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC).

Requisitos mínimos
  • Growth mindset.

  • Passionate about agile project management.

  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

  • Ability to manage multiple-source data to build and maintain reports.

  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft tools: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, SharePoint and Forms.

  • Language skills: Fluent English is a must. Other languages are a plus.

  • Experience working with project management tools is a plus (ASANA, Monday.com, JIRA, etc.)
