The main mission of this job is to provide support to Eurofragance users, resolve technical incidents in the Facilities in Spain and support the subsidiaries, register them and carry out the correct follow-up until their resolution. In addition to the supervision and management of all the company's systems, infrastructure and security.


  • Supervision and management of all the company's systems.

  • Infrastructure management of all Headquarters and Affiliates based in Dubai, Singapore, Turkey, India, Mexico, Indonesia and our main Factory in Rubí.

  • Responsable of assembly, connection and configuration of new devices.

  • Software installation and update.

  • Management of backup copies of current systems.

  • Security control of computer systems.

  • Coordination and remote communication with the rest of the team and support in possible needs in other work centers of the company.

  • User support – Help Desk.

  • Registration and management of incidents.

  • Act as a point of contact with external and internal service providers.

  • Administrator tasks for Windows Server systems and virtualized environments.

  • Support in telephony (Voip), configuration of printers and other devices.

Requisitos mínimos

Educational Background:

  • Will be valued a Bachelor's degree or higher in business, IT or similar educational background.

Internal Interactions:

  • Global IT team, IT Applications Manager and Global IT Manager.

External Interactions:

  • IT services external providers.

Experience required (and time)

  • Around 3 years in a similar position

Experience required (and minimum years of experience):

  • Around three years of experience in managing Microsoft systems and local networks.

  • Desirable experience working in CISCO, Fortinet environments.

  • Experience in Vmware, Veeam Backup environments is desirable.

  • Experience with scripting is desirable (Powershell, python, etc.).

  • Desirable experience with Office 365 - Sharepoint.

We are looking for someone with knowledge about:

  • SO: Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows server, IOS, Android

  • Administrative tools: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server.

  • Office 365 and Exchange Online systems.

  • Networks, VPN, firewalls

  • Monitoring tools: Desktop Engine, PRTG (similar)..

  • Knowledge in Cybersecurity

  • Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)

Languages and level:

  • Minimum level of High Intermediate English is required to communicate with an international audience

  • Person with initiative and great capacity for organization and planning.

  • Capacity for teamwork, good communication and interaction skills with colleagues, sharing of information and contribution of added value.
