IT Service Desk Analyst (Italian or French)

The Company.For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for experienced IT Helpdesk candidates speaking Italian.The Job.In this role, you will be in charge of providing B2B IT support services to end users of the EU regions. The Service Desk is expanding and therefore offering exciting career opportunities. Your main responsibilities will be:– Analyze, identify and handle customer's queries– Provide Excellent Customer Support– Follow up and solve complex IT incidents– Escalate incidents to a higher level when unable to resolve– Responding to incoming emails and calls according to SLA standards– Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectationsYour Profile.– You have a native level of Italian or French + fluency in English– You have min. 2 years of experience in a similar IT Helpdesk position– You have experience in an international environment– You are pro-active and have the ability to handle a high volume of actions (calls, negotiation, disputes. etc.)– You have the ability to work under pressure and with deadlines– You have a strong organization and prioritization skills– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership of your tasks– You have problem-solving capabilities – You are a team playerThe Offer.– Salary based on the level of experience + additional benefits (meal vouchers, life insurance, pension plan, etc.)– Standard working hours from Monday to Friday– 6 months contract with possibility of permanent contract afterward – International and multicultural environment– A Company with a worldwide reputation– Standard office hours from Monday to Friday– Start date: ASAP, to be discussed
