ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT:

  • To monitor, analyze and boost existing customer relationships: understand the customer's business, their needs and make the most out of our relationship.

  • Manage A&P budgets, prepare sales and promotions plan.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for Management.

  • Contribute to the annual Business Plan with proposals and ideas that will help consolidate existing business.



NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

  • Own the sales cycle: To prospect, acquire and develop new clients and new channels to generate long-term business relationships.

  • Research on new markets and develop proper Market investigations to fundament new strategies and investments and business plans.

  • Client accompaniment in private label project developments: from the conception of the idea to the final product.

  • Trade shows assistance and organization.

  • Contribute to the annual Business Plan with proposals and ideas that will help growth the business

Requisitos mínimos
  • Educational background in Business Administration, International Business or similar.

  • Fluent level of English and Spanish.

  • With at least 2-3 experience in Sales & Marketing department of an FMCG company.

  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable to work with the changing dynamics of an SME.

  • Organizational skills, able to work on many different projects and tasks at the same time without losing track.

  • Teamwork capacity: able to successfully coordinate with the different departments.

  • Proactive attitude to contribute with proposals and implement best practices.
