Insurance Assistance Agent with a high level of Dutch

We are looking for Insurance Travel Agents with an excellent level of Dutch and fluent level od English to work for an international insurance company based in the heart of Barcelona.
As Insurance Travel Agent, you will be located in the Travel Assistance International Department of the company where your main responsibilities will be:

- Provide clients with travel assistance related to international emergency medical cases, as well as assistance with other travel issues
- Know in detail the different type of insurance policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the clients have all the assistance and information they need

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:

- High level of Dutcch
- Fluent level of English
- At least one year of experience in customer service
