Important multinational in the industrial sector with several plants in Spain.




  • Support senior leadership teams to enable a first class HR service to be delivered on site

  • Provide HR guidance, expertise and support for all HR activity

  • Manage employee relations on site through and negotiate with trade unions

  • Ensure an efficient Talent Acquisition process is delivered, tracking all recruitment activity and managing the process including advertising job position, follow up and contract paperwork (including all temporary recruitment with third party suppliers)

  • Manage the implementation of Corporate talent management programme and ensure appropriate plans are developed and implemented

  • Provide guidance to line managers to ensure all employees receive a quality Performance Development Review

  • Identify training requirements and incorporate into the training plan

  • Manage Corporate requests for HR information and is responsible for updating and maintaining employee information on HRIS

  • Support and enforce a matrix reporting structure, with both solid and dotted line managers, development effective working relationships and ensuring expectations are met by holding regular 1:1 meetings with both managers

  • Monitor compliance with all key HR policies and processes

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working within an HR function in an operational/industrial environment

  • Experience working in a multi-site organisation with various stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of local legislation and experience in labour relations management and negotiations with trade unions

  • Experience of advising managers on HR issues and supporting the delivery of HR projects

  • Used to work with HRIS systems

  • Ability to build relationships with all levels and to challenge senior management team

  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiating and influencing skills
