Multinational Logistics Company with stable presence in Spain (Barcelona, Vallès).




  • Act as a Business Partner between the business and the global teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, payroll and compensation & benefits, career development, talent management and talent acquisition.

  • Work with management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.

  • Manage labor relations, organizational planning and integration processes.

  • Provide management coaching to front line managers and leaders.

  • Assess business unit's management training needs.

  • Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.

  • Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.

  • Oversee C&B policies, including salary planning and review, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Proven track record in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist role

  • University Degree (preferably in Law or Labour Sciences).

  • Strong knowledge of Spanish employment laws.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Availability to travel to Madrid on weekly bases, at least during the first year.

  • High leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization.

  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results and respecting deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR team, both at local and corporate level.
