Multinational Logistics Company with stable presence in Spain (Barcelona, Vallès).
Act as a Business Partner between the business and the global teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, payroll and compensation & benefits, career development, talent management and talent acquisition.
Work with management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
Manage labor relations, organizational planning and integration processes.
Provide management coaching to front line managers and leaders.
Assess business unit's management training needs.
Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
Oversee C&B policies, including salary planning and review, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.

Requisitos mínimos
Proven track record in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist role
University Degree (preferably in Law or Labour Sciences).
Strong knowledge of Spanish employment laws.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Availability to travel to Madrid on weekly bases, at least during the first year.
High leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
Strong organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results and respecting deadlines.
Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR team, both at local and corporate level.
