International fine dining restaurant




Cooperates with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

Implements and develops plans and processes for a variety of HR matters, such as leadership development, performance evaluation, succession planning, learning and development processes, compensation and benefits, workforce analytic, HR operations, diversity and inclusion.

Leads processes of organisation development and change management.

Reports to HR corporate Senior Management by analysing data and using HR metrics.

Promotes process improvement, fostering teamwork and building solid and profitable relationships.

Coordinates and manages Talent Acquisition strategy, policies and processes.

Defines and develops employee relations practices necessary to reach a positive employer-employee relationship.

Requisitos mínimos

BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in HR Senior Management roles in luxury restaurants.

Reliability, strong ethical standards and high level of confidentiality.

High organisational, communication and leadership skills.

Ability to lead and develop HR staff members and to influence and challenge company's top and middle management.

Experience working in a modern and high-quality standards matrix organisation.

Proficiency in English and Spanish.
