Tasks:

• Standardize the H2R Process globally (Across regions, countries and SSCs)


• Document and maintain the global standard operating model.


• Support the teams in projects that support process standardization and optimization.


• Ensure continuous communication with Business Partners, Business Analysts and all relevant teams in order to develop and maintain the change process.

• Previous work experience in Employee Data Management / HR Analytics / H2R Processes


• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/IT (or related)
