As a Hiring Specialist you will lead and contribute through all full recruiting
journey, taking candidate experience and internal partnership to the next
level by having SHAKE Values as reference of your practice.
Your daily tasks will be:
Manage all full recruitment process from the values of the organization and objectivity as the central pillar of your methodology.
Contribute to keeping and improving, internal partnership, HLs eNPS employee and candidate experience (Communicate and promote candidate experience according their standards (feedback, timings, information, communication…), identifying gaps or improvements areas, and proposing new actions and solutions, Participate and lead new hires onboarding programs, proposing new actions, solutions or procedures in order to improve newbe experience and fit efficiency, including 30-60-90 and Checkins, Build trust and partnership with your focus teams: Working closely with hiring managers and newbies to improve work relationships, human experience, build morale and credibility).
Collaborate and/or lead in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their hiring processes (Help to fill and maintenance ATS and internal KPIs, to follow up, proactively react and help to reach their hiring objectives, follow HL hiring workflow and propose improvements as necessary, identify the best external recruitment partners, evaluating their performance and results as part of the operational Excellence)
Participate in Hiring projects & processes (Participate or lead in hiring projects based on innovation, efficiency and effectiveness candidate, employee experience and brand attraction)
