The Hard FM BP reports to the Head of non-IT Procurement and Properties &Facilities Management EU and will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Own delivery of Hard Facilities Management (FM) projects.
  • Support property acquisition process from a Hard FM perspective, including minimum requirements for site.
  • CAPEX forecasting for inclusion in Business Case.
  • Design of new offices / refurb offices as well as support tendering processes.
  • Review and approve floorplans proposed by Design & Build companies and local Business, as well as fit out timelines.
  • Fit out management - reviewing/shaping solutions, challenging costs & timelines.
  • Project management of office moves - budget / schedule / scope responsibility.
  • Hard FM standards - electrical, HVAC, plumbing, building maintenance, fire systems, security systems.
  • Jointly establish FM best practice of how PageGroup should setup and operate FM as well as support post GO-live Hard FM operational management.
  • Disposal and exit management.
  • Assess countries about fit out and hard maintenance quotations as well as follow-up third parties' works/repairs.
  • Monitor the work done by external contractors to ensure adherence to PageGroup standards of Health and Safety as well as workspace corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee fit out works to ensure that they are carried out in accordance to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indictors (KPIs).
  • Communicate and ensure a collaborative environment of high-performance teamwork with Procurement, Finance, local Business and local Facilities Coordinators/Office Managers.
  • Produce monthly reports of main hard facilities activities.
