Tender

  • Lead the PE Tenders, organize the work, develop specific Executive replies and ensure on time delivery with high quality. This role will be supported by our existing PageGroup Tender teams

  • Be the representative of Page Executive internally regarding Tenders management.

  • Coordinate all inputs with various teams (GDPR, Legal, Finance, IT)

  • Maximize tender business opportunities and actively participate to the Tender pitches

  • Organize the hand-over / after-tender work

  • Consolidating our global PE capabilities, track records, assessments tools to optimize our offer and pricing.

  • Chase potential tender opportunities



KAM Strategy & roll-out

  • Define a clear Key Account Strategy based on our existing PSA and main clients.

  • Animate and support our main client senior partners, supporting them in developing their account plan including action plans. This role will be supported by our existing PageGroup KAM teams.

  • Manage directly the most important Tenders dedicated to the Page Executive offer.

  • Ensure proper use of the tools (Insights) to develop the right positioning with their respective accounts

  • Monitor & report on the development of the accounts

Requisitos mínimos
  • Fluent English skills, any other language would be a plus

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management; or has related field or equivalent experience

  • You developed 5 to 15 years of successful professional experiences with business development and tenders' management experiences with ideally high-level decision makers.

  • You have built experiences working with large international perimeters.

  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational skills paying close attention to details to minimize mistakes

  • Effective time management skills, ability to focus in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates effective listening skills

  • Embraces change and acts proactively to improve processes and service levels

  • Maintains a strong service ethic, by demonstrating a positive approach towards the needs of business

  • Must be a strong team player and enjoy supporting other to get things done with a positive attitude
