• Support development of the HR projects with a digital focus from a Corporate perspective.
  


• Ensure that the implementation of digital HR projects across the organization are effective.
  


• Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate the quality of programs.
  


• Identify ongoing metrics to track the effectiveness of programs and projects.
  


• Collect and analyze critical program data for Digital HR Projects, including creating reports with key insights and recommended actions.
  


• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, identifying when and where to involve key players.
  


• Support the internal Global Job posting, posting on Corporate Website and support company LinkedIn site.
  

Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional

• University Degree in Organizational Psychology, or related.
  


• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an HR department, preferable with Digital HR Projects and Learning Management Systems.
  


• Extensive experience designing and implementing a global Learning Management System.
  


• Honest, humble, committed, proactive, team player and open to and seeks out feedback.
  


• Native level of English, basic level of Spanish.
