Main Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor direct reports in priorities-setting and stakeholder management

  • Manage operational and strategic relationships with 3rd party vendors to follow up on service levels provided vs agreed

  • Act as liaison to senior stakeholders during major incidents

  • Drive culture of effective and relevant communication to end users, finance community and other teams is PageGroup.

  • Drive a culture of knowledge documentation sharing across the global team, ensuring round the sun support to end users and continuity of service despite unplanned events.



Additional Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Delivery Excellence Managers to embed priorities from GTF Leadership team into the product roadmap.

  • Be the point of contact for Internal and external audit and ensure compliance with previously agreed audit controls and measures

Requisitos mínimos
  • University Degree in Technical and/or Economical/Financial field

  • End to end understanding of finance processes and IT support and change deployment processes under a SaaS agreement framework

  • Vendor Management Competencies

  • Relevant people management experience of at least 3 years, as the role is responsible for a Global Team of 15 people

  • Excellent Project management and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency level in English: The right candidate should have the capability to communicate verbally and in writing in English, as well as to maintain process documentation in English

  • Experience in working with Oracle products (i.e. NetSuite) is an added value
