Key Responsibilities:

Provide sound expertise and knowledge on R2R processes, supporting the Delivery Excellence manager with the preparation and delivery of strategic initiatives at both a global and regional levelSupport the Delivery Excellence Manager with building solid business cases for process optimization initiativesActs as a process consultant for the global finance community, by exploring, designing and proposing innovative solutions for process improvementsIdentify deviations to global standard processes with a view to analyze and document where appropriateMaintain global process documentation (Global design, training documentation, tracking of updates in the global process knowledge library)Provide training to global finance teams, as part of process change managementCoordinate test cycles for new changes and promote adoption of new functionalitiesSupport on KPI development for various GTF processes

Requisitos mínimos

About you

  • University Degree in an economic field (Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent)

  • At least 3 years of experience in the R2R (GL Accounting) stream, with involvement in change management projects. Additional knowledge in P2P (Accounts Payable) is a plus

  • Experience in the Consultancy sector in a Customer facing role is a plus

  • Excellent understanding and hands on experience in finance processes

  • Excellent process mapping and documentation skills: MS Word, MS Excel and Visio (or similar tool)

  • Analytical, creative and curious mind

  • High level of autonomy and sense of ownership

  • Positive attitude and feels comfortable in a changing environment.

  • Proficiency in English: The right candidate should have the capability communicate verbally and in written in English, as well as maintain process documentation in English
