  • Actively engage within the talented global infrastructure delivery team to define and deliver PageGroup client infrastructure globally.

  • Participate in the planning, design and delivery of Client Platform projects and support other delivery team projects that requires their involvement through Application deployment

  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions consistent with business goals, risk tolerance and IT standards

  • Work with the Global Client Platform Delivery Manager to report risks that have the potential to impact projects and provide solutions where possible

  • Work with the Global Infrastructure teams to understand regional needs/requirements, current usage, identify risks, analyse growth requirements and possible impacts on users to deliver the strategic outcome required.

  • Help to ensure that infrastructure/platform are fit for purpose and meet all availability, capacity, security and continuity metrics.

  • Pariticpate in the development of technical implementation plans where key elements of design, build, integration, business testing and other technical and business readiness elements are included

  • Ensure systems solutions/platforms/applications are well tested, verified and validated with business users when required

  • Work with the Infrastructure Operations Team to transition policies, procedures, and associated training plans for core services and platform administration, usage, and disaster recovery

  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to core services and platofrm configuration, mapping, processes, and service records

  • Serve as an escalation point for incident tickets for Tier 3 support

  • Help to drive continuous performance improvement by identifying and initiating process improvements for performance gaps across all core services and platform competencies and suppliers

Requisitos mínimos
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an client platform and project delivery environment

  • Deep expertise with Windows Client operating systems

  • At least (5) years experience managing desktop environments with Microsoft System Center

  • At least (5) years experience with Application packaging

  • At least (5) years deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Applications and providing end-to-end support

  • Strong experience with AD and Group Policy Objects

  • Experience with different programing languages

  • Experience with modern endpoint management with Intune and MEM

  • Experience with troubleshooting, configuring and supporting Network and Hybrid scenarios

  • Experience of troubleshooting a project gone wrong and working to fix it, adjusting to major scope/design change

  • Experience of working within large global organization and building and maintaining a global network

  • Effective Project and Delivery skills

  • Excellent experience of continuous delivery

  • Problem Solving Ability

  • Creative Thinking

Preferred:

  • Direct experience of PageGroup systems and services, notably relating to the Infrastructure portfolio.

  • A deep understanding of the interdependent relationship between the different areas within IT and how each will enable a successful global BT function
