• Offer technical support to the client


• Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email


• Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions


• Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

• Full-time contract (39 hours/week).


• Monday-Sunday (there is no work 2 Sundays per month)


• Salary: 22.000€ gross/year


• Remote work from home


• Initial 2 weeks training in Barcelona


• Starting date: 16th of July

• Bilingual leve lof German + English C1
