  • Reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet data that serves as the basis for business decision of our Pharma, Consumer Health and Crop Science business.

  • Deliver compliant financial statements in group (IRFS) and local reports on a fit for purpose base and certified by external and internal auditors.

Requisitos mínimos
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with 7+ years of experience, or an MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience

  • Strong Leadership skills and professional standing

  • Customer oriented mind-set, change management capabilities

  • Strong accounting judgement and advanced IRFS knowledge

  • Business knowledge or ability to quickly learn

  • Experience in Product Cost Accounting / Inventory Valuation as well as in cost accounting / controlling

  • Competence to grasp an overview of complex subjects and deduce operational activities

  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills

  • Ownership and proactivity in getting things done
