Multinational company with SSC in Barcelona




Reporting to the Head of FP&A Europe, his/her main responsibilities will be:

Producing monthly/quarterly management reporting to support the leadership teams with understand business performance;

Producing other analysis and insights on the performance of the business that supports the business achieve its goals and promotes discussion on driving future growth within the business;

Providing other key stakeholders with the necessary reporting and analysis, both forward and backward looking, to support both internal and external reporting requirements (e.g. Board, analysts, investors);

Producing cost analysis identifying opportunities for optimizing costs;

Defining and implementing relevant KPIs, using both internal and external data that supports the business goals;

Leading the budget and forecast process, working with the business to ensure accurate and timely submissions;

Provide analysis of budgets and forecasts and how this aligns to the longer term business goals;

Supporting the preparation of ROI calculations and business cases as necessary, including other ad-hoc internal and external reporting and analysis as required;

Develop the necessary resources required to support the business aligned to its ambitions and changing needs;

Build strong relationships with the Finance Directors and Business partners, becoming a trusted advisor , to build a wider virtual team to support the delivery of insightful analysis;

Requisitos mínimos

We are looking someone with a BA in Finance/Economics with at least 10 years of experience, and a couple off them leading a small team. A profile with attention to detail, integrity that will analyze and presents data appropriately to a variety of audiences. At the same time, highly organized and efficient, with the ability to influence change at a senior level, used to work 100% in English, however, additional languages are a big plus. Successful track record of forming business partnerships, managing & planning processes, challenging key stakeholders and driving tangible outcomes. Finally very strong financial modeling skills, with experience of working in a multi-national business, supporting colleagues in multiple time zones.
