  • Drive improvement to processes to ensure they are efficient and fit for purpose




  • Lead the wider team in order to execute client transactions




  • Ensure the team is aligned with department objectives, clear on expectations and motivated to perform




  • Maintain accurate process and train team members to ensure holistic understanding




  • Structure client transactions execution in the most efficient way




  • Act as a focal point for all department issues
