- Design and implement an effective business development strategy for the company in coordination with the property.
- Search and focus on new markets of interest where to develop new alliances and collaborations.
- Design and implement Business Plan and responsible for the annual budget.
- Negotiation with new clients and elaboration of collaboration agreements.
- Deliver and manage marketing campaigns, and support with the organization of events, external communication, including public relations and liaison with digital communications (website and social networks).
- Represent the company in international B2B events, or B2C.
- Focus on the implementation and adoption of a CRM tool to support the commercial strategy.
- Help the company develop best practices around workflow and processes.

Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.
