Important international company, consumer goods sector.




The Management Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will support the CFO:

  • Receive the VIP guests and visitors and support them during the visits.

  • Phone assistance, managing and filtering politely the calls according to the priorities given.

  • Arrange the corporate agenda on the basis of maximising the efficiency.

  • Manage the archive effectively. Support in the administration of documentation to the management (signatures, contracts management, others).

  • Elaboration and monitoring of the corporate projects map. Follow-up of concrete actions and projects and reporting to the management (progression, milestones, etc.).

  • Events arrangement and coordination, managing participants, protocols, reservations, catering, etc.

  • Arrange and attend meetings, arranging all the details and the preparation of the documentation required (initial documentation) and the writing of the corresponding minutes when required.

  • External communication: media management, preparation of press communications, management of the press office at a group level.

  • Internal communication: management of the email of corporate communications (messages, recipients), integrate and standardise the presentation of the internal communications (email signatures, corporate templates, etc.).

  • Create, maintain and develop the corporate presence in the social media, particularly in LinkedIn and other professional media.

  • Negotiation of fees, services and SLAs with the travel agencies and related events suppliers.

  • Coordination of the communications with the Consorcio.


  • Permanent position.

  • Based in Barcelona.

  • Part-Time position (8h-14h)

  • Important international company reference in their sector.

  • 26.000 - 30.000 € (gross annual salary) - Part-Time salary, 30h/week.



Requisitos mínimos
  • University degree.

  • Seasoned professional with proven experience ans Corporate Management Assistant.

  • Seniority in the position.

  • International work experience and work ethic.

  • High communication skills.

  • Full proficiency in Catalan, Spanish and English.

  • Dutch and French an asset.

  • High level in office automation: Microsoft Office (Powerpoint), Intranet, Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams.
