As a part of the HR Team you will oversee all ER policies and processes, ensure local HR and ER team's support management by preventing and resolving problems involving employees which arise out of or affect work situations.

  • Ensure the company is compliant with all local legislation regarding employee working conditions.

  • Ensure and follow legal requirements and Group´s policies.

  • Maintain relations with worker's associations and Unions.

  • Support management to handle and prevent employee issues.

  • Be informed on all external issues connected to the overall responsibility.

  • Being a business partner to the organization participating actively with ideas to enhance the customer experience.

  • Actively work in line with our brand and our Values within all ER focus areas to achieve the business goals.

Requisitos mínimos

Besides your personality we see that: you have strong analytical skills, curious and solution-oriented, with the capacity to translate business needs into HR solutions integrating all legal requirements.

  • 5+ years' experience within Employee Relations (preferably within retail).

  • You have long-term vision combined with an action-oriented and hands-on approach.

  • Strong understanding of our business strategy and the ability to support transformation and change agenda.

  • Previous experience in leading others within ER and the capacity to influence and support managers at all levels within the organization on Employee Relations issues.

  • Analytical & have strategical skills.

  • You communicate in an inspiring way and you have strong negotiation skills.

  • Develop smart solutions by trying new things with an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Deal with high-pressured situations.

  • Lead by example and with high integrity, as well as with vision.

  • Strong team player with an open mind, and you have a flexible mindset.

  • Native Spanish and you have full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Portuguese is a plus.
