MARKETING SPECIALIST

Role:

Barcelona School of Economics, as a private foundation, relies on income from tuition from students enrolled in its academic programs. Academic programs are divided into master programs and non-regulated programs. The master programs have long and complex marketing funnels, which can be as long as two years, with a high ticket. The non-regulated programs have funnels between 12 and 25 weeks and a lower ticket. Operating in the European Higher Education Area, Barcelona School of Economics aims at growing enrollment in its programs, while protecting and growing its reputation. Enrollment is not guaranteed, and only the best students are invited to enroll in our programs. As a Marketing Specialist, you promote our academic offering to the market and look for the best students around the world, growing the intake in our programs. You do this while protecting our institutional reputation.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns of the different academic programs ahead of time. You will do this together in a team, with another Marketing Specialist
* Lead the design and creation of the materials for marketing campaigns: banners, headers, brochures, ...
* Work on all levels of the marketing funnels of the different product classes, from brand awareness actions on the top of the funnel, lead generation, and accompanying them down the funnel.
* Design lead scoring, nurturing, and retargeting strategies. Create content for retargeting and nurturing.
* Segmentation of the market, and creation of customer persona through early adopters and promoters
* Reporting on progress of the campaigns in the different levels of the marketing funnel, working on CRO
* Budget allocation, control, and correct if needed
* Coordinate with Communications to grow and protect the reputational part of the brand

Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:

* University Degree. Specific knowledge in digital marketing is required
* Advanced English speaker.
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience related to the position including experience with long and complex marketing funnels with high ticket.
* SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
* Advanced Google Analytics
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* CRM user
* Analytical person
* Skills on design (Adobe suite) will be valuable
