- Lead, define and develop the Company's digital strategy to boost the digital business. You will be responsible for end-to-end strategy definition, optimization and implementation of the company's digital business.
- Definition of strategies in digital channels to boost the digital brand awareness and performance (B2B and B2C).
- Development and execution of business strategies for digital channels (website, paid media, social media and CRM) to develop the online business, establishing online sales goals both for B2B and B2C.
- Define and lead the online platform evolution (website) to improve the brand notoriety and the company's online performance
- Build and lead the internal capacities to ensure having an internal Digital team with a quick response to the market needs
- Develop fact-based metrics and Dashboard to determine the main KPIs and ROI of digital campaigns. Continuously testing and optimizing channels, audiences, and strategies. You will be responsible to develop and optimize the conversion funnel.
- Creation of SEO strategy positioning and keyword strategy.
- Definition and monitoring of different SEM initiatives including planning and management of campaigns.
- Manage the Digital Company's Budget (incomes and expenses), optimizing and analyzing the available resources.
- Directly manage relationship with external partners (media agencies and IT digital services providers) for the implementation of different initiatives.
