This position is responsible for creating and maintaining engaging learning solutions for our internal software applications. We are seeking someone who is tech-savvy and has a genuine interest in software applications.

Main tasks:

• Design, develop and maintain engaging and innovative digital learning solutions for software or web-based applications by building e-Learning, infographics, video, screenrecordings, animation, interactive simulations, quizzes, etc. This role does not require creating the course plan; instead, you'll receive scripts and storyboards from our Instructional Design team and use Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Powtoon, Canva and other available tools to create the best learning experiences.


• Support the localisation process by implementing translations in the existing global content.


• Upload created content onto our Learning Management System and diligently store all project files into our SharePoint platform according to folder management guidelines.


• Build and maintain project schedules to ensure content is delivered on time, utilizing SCRUM and AGILE methodology.


• Liaise with team members, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure all learning objectives are met.

Career opportunities.

• 2 or more years of experience creating interactive learning solutions.


• Degree in an associated field: Education, Graphic Design, Information Technology or demonstrated experience designing adult education digital content.


• Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Powtoon, Canva, or other tools.


• Experience in developing e-Learnings, infographics, videos, screen-recording...


• Ability to manage workload to meet objectives and tight deadlines.
  


• Fluent English. Other language is a plus.
