  • Identify, assess, priorities and implement conversion optimisation opportunities in user journey throughout all flows

  • Ensure strong performance of the website as the main leads and revenue generation channel

  • Turn customer behavior metrics into growth opportunities that help customer succeed while meeting the business goals

  • Track and analyze success metrics related to customer journey, optimisation and monetization campaigns

  • Plan and implement seasonal campaigns as conversion enhancing opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product teams and customer base to optimize customer experience

  • Ensure consistency in all consumer contact initiatives

  • Collaborate with marketing team in development of comprehensive digital plan

Requisitos mínimos
  • Proven work experience in SaaS or similar digital marketing

  • Experience with behavior and segment-based targeting methodologies as well as user journey optimisation

  • Experience with monetisation campaigns

  • Understanding digital web and mobile app channels

  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools

  • Strong analytical mindset and orientation towards results

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong strategic vision

  • A self motivated individual who can work under tight schedules and meet deadlines

  • Fluent in English

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience
