As paid social campaigns become an increasingly important part of our media mix, you will be tasked with shaping and executing the paid social strategy for our 13 markets of continental Europe. Within the Digital & Media team, you will be the subject matter expert on all things paid social and serve as the go-to person for the other Digital & Media Executives who are responsible for the individual countries.

You won't be alone in this. In our Barcelona shared service center, you will be supported by a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals, working together with a wider marketing community based in our 13 countries in continental Europe. For the execution of your plans you will be able to count on the support our global media agency.

Supported by our global media agency, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Responsible for the planning, execution and follow-up of all paid social campaigns on Linkedin, Facebook and TikTok.

  • Shape a regional, pan-European paid social strategy that will sit alongside local country initiatives.

  • Act as the main point of contact for paid social, externally for our global media agency and internally within our team

  • Own and manage all social ad accounts

  • Ensure full, in-depth reporting on each campaign, deriving learnings from these reports and applying them to future campaigns

Requisitos mínimos

The successful candidate is a digitally literate, pro-active marketer with passion for technology and new media, ready to advance their career in an innovative and international environment.

The desired profile also includes:

  • 3+ years of paid social experience. Extensive prior experience with Linkedin Ads is a must.

  • Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI

  • Excellent oral and written command of the English language. Any other European language is considered a plus

  • Strong analytical skills, focused and organized with attention to details

  • Able to work with numbers, with a proficient grasp of Excel
