Job description:

We are looking for customer support advisors to work through 3 channels: email, chat and phone.
- The queries will be mostly about rental cars, answering questions of customers.
Job responsibilities:
- Listening, responding and mediating between our international travelers and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Replying to emails and messages from customers all over the world in English and native language German.
- Navigating different online IT tools and browsers to provide accurate information and follow set processes.
- Supporting your teammates and colleagues with peer to peer learning and constructive feedback to encourage a positive working environment.
- Regular involvement with company events, team meetings and projects.
- Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service.
Service information:
- 50% native calls German + 50% English calls
Schedule:
(39 hours/week) working from Monday to Sunday within the legal rest.
- Monday to Sunday - 09:00-16:48h and Saturday and Sunday 10:00-17:48 (7 hours 48 minutes a day).
Contract information:
- Fixed term contract: 2 + 2 + Permanent - 1 month probation period included in first contract
- Hired since day 1 of training, therefore training is paid.
Training: - 5 weeks training (3 theory / 2 practical) from Monday to Friday - Hours: could be 9h – 17h or sometimes in the afternoon.
- Location/model: First week + fourth week from the office / The other weeks from home.
Requisitos mínimos
Job requirements:
- Written and oral fluency in English + native language German.
- A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality with a positive, motivated mindset that will help to deal with some tricky customer problems.
- An open mind to changing priorities and business processes.
- Intermediate IT skills.
- A desire to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment where you will embrace different cultures, nationalities and languages.
Important:
- Availability to work from home and the office when required - from 2023 hybrid model for working from home (75%)/office (25%)
– you will receive one desk computer with 1 or 2 screens (depending on your space) and best to connect with network cable.
