Job description:

Do you speak Danish native? Do you speak advanced English? Do you have customer service experience? Than this job offer is perfect for you!

We are looking for Customer support advisors working through 2 channels: Email and phone - The queries will be mostly Customer Service guests > Agents dealing with guests and partners, solving issues. Customer service Partners > Agents dealing with Partners only, in manner to help them with what they may need.

Job responsibilities:

Listening, responding and mediating between our international travelers and suppliers to resolve issues. - Replying to emails and messages from customers all over the world in ENGLISH and native language (DANISH). - Navigating different online IT tools and browsers to provide accurate information and follow set processes. - Supporting your teammates and colleagues with peer to peer learning and constructive feedback to encourage a positive working environment. - Regular involvement with company events, team meetings and projects.

- Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service.

Service assistance:

- 80% native calls Danish + 20% English calls

Schedule:

(39 hours/week) working from Monday to Sunday within the legal rest.

- Early shift: 7am – 2:48pm or 8am – 3:48pm (works 7h48 per day)

– Rotative hours start time: between 9am and 12pm, finishing after 7h48 work. - full week with the same shift. - schedule with a month in advance.

- All breaks are included and paid.

Contract information:

- Fixed term contract: 2 + 2 + Permanent.

- 1 month probation period included in first contract.

- Hired since day 1 of training, therefore training is paid

Requisitos mínimos
Job requirements:

- Written and oral fluency in ENGLISH + native language (DANISH)

- A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality with a positive, motivated mindset that will help to deal with some tricky customer problems.

- An open mind to changing priorities and business processes.

- Intermediate IT skills

A desire to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment where you will embrace different cultures, nationalities and languages.

Important:

- Availability to work from home and the office when required

-You receive one desk computer with 1 or 2 screens (depending on your space) and best to connect with network cable.
