IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- To provide customer service support throughout email, chat and telephone contact.
- To answer all questions and claims from customers, as well as concerns suggestions or other formation related to the service (automotive).

What we offer you:
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Job located in Barcelona city.
- Schedule: LV 12:00 – 20:00
- Starting date: 05/07/2021

- Salary:
Level 9 (€ 15392'41) + Plus Languages (€ 1339’80) + Language Adder IT (334,95€) + Language Adder ES (334,95€) + Bonus (Up to € 1080 that is charged only after month 6) + Bonus Mobility (720€)

Requisitos mínimos
- Native level of Italian
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
