We are recruiting customer service agents for a leading global industrial company.
As a Customer Service Specialist your main functions will be:
- Manage service Subscriptions (New subscription, subscriptions information, update products and services, etc).
- Billing (Change payment method, billing incidence, invoicing and other billing related issues)
- Update personal information. (transfer services when vehicle is sold).
- Provide technical support on digital products, using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles and other complex resources.
- Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document and report every case. Follow quality standards and procedures.
- Manage claims, suggestions, and hearing customers feedback on the product.
- Ensure quick solutions in an efficient way respecting SLAs.
- Routinely communicate accurate delivery information, and promptly update customers when changes occur.
What we offer you:

· A full time job, long-term contract, with IMAN to work for our client.
· Work Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:00 or 12:00 - 20:00
· Salary Broken Down: 17.067€ yearly + bonus up to 1080€ yearly (from the 6th month)
Requisitos mínimos
· Native level of Italian and advanced level of English (if you speak Spanish it will also be valued)
· Candidates must be available to assist to a role play on 25/10/2021 and after, a selective training the days 26 - 27/10/2021.
· Previous experience in customer service
· Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number
