We are hiring customer service agents with a passion for helping clients to work on an exciting project for an important company that offers its services to well-known airline companies.
Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction by providing resolutive answers to customer queries.
Main responsibilities:
- Answering questions about the company product and services through phone calls, chat and emails.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
- Deliver information about company procedures
What we offer:
- STARTING DAY: 4TH OCTOBER
- CONTRACT WITH THE FINAL COMPANY (temporary contract possibility to extend)
- SALARY: 19K + BONUSES
- SHIFT: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (M-F 8-20H WEEKEND 9-17.30/ 2 WEEKENDS OFF)
- WORKING IN A DYNAMIC AND INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
About you:
- Native German
- Customer Service experience
