Are you bilingual in German and fluent in English? Do you have any experience in customer service or appointment coordination?
Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Service Appointment Coordinator. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people every day.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound and inbound calls to the interested customer
- Schedule visits to the closest medical centre
- Detect any customer needs, provide information and answer any query
- Back office duties.
What we offer:
- Permanent contract.
- 20.000 €/gross per year.
- Two weekends off per month.
- possibility to WFH.
Requisitos mínimos
