IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service Agent for the English market, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.
As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- Providing Concierge Services to clients
- Track Stolen Vehicles
- Emergency Calls Response
- Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers
What we offer you:
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Job located in Barcelona city.
- Schedule: 08:00 - 16:00h Monday to Sunday, 2 days off per week.
- Salary: 17.700€/year (aprox.) + bonus up to 720€/year (after the 6th month)
Requisitos mínimos
- Very high (proficient) level of English (C2.2)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
