Works at Majorel, a leading Contact Center in the sector, as a customer service department of an important streaming television platform. The main functions will be to attend calls, chats and emails from clients about any type of query or need, from technical and / or subscription problems to information on the series and films available on the platform. Your mission will be to achieve maximum customer satisfaction with the service.

The office is located in Glòries, and is well communicated by bus and subway. Forget traffic jams!

* Due to the situation derived from COVID-19, the company offers TELEWORKING until further notice.

30 hours per week from 15h to 21h. The contract is Monday to Sunday so sometimes you will have to work on the weekends. Rotating weekends.

What we offer:
- Salary: 9,58 euros gross per hour.
