In this position you will be responsible for daily order entry and follow up on customer order status to ensure best customer fulfilment rate together with the team.

Key responsibility of this role is to always ensure the country invoicing performance. The role requires a strong focus on tracking invoicing level and follow up.

• Atención al cliente internacional (vía telefónica y vía email)

• Continua comunicación con el equipo comercial así como soporte administrativo con la realización de las propuestas de colaboración

Direct contract with the company

• Previous professional experience in a comparable position (2 years)


• Strong customer orientation and enjoy working with customer service


• Independent, responsible way of working and strong solution-oriented


• Target driven


• Highly structured and strong work discipline


• Excellent written and spoken English language skills is a must (c1), French is a plus


• Very good PC skills (MS Office) and knowledge of ERP systems NAV/SAP is a must
