  • European leader provider of workplace drinks solutions|Customer Campaign Specialist

Based in Barcelona.




Been a member of the company central marketing team, she/he will lead the standardization and deployment of a common marketing activation calendar to activate our customer base (upsales, customer zone penetration, sanitization, etc.)

  • Implement salesforce marketing cloud

  • Standardize way of working across markets

  • Define the campaigning calendar, generate the content, offers and common newsletters

  • Regularly engage business units and actively seek to improve on existing processes as well as design and build new modules in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Define the tableau reports for easy extraction of the targeted segments.

  • Create segmentation groups

  • Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.

  • Maximize the performance of the campaigns.

  • Measure and monitoring KPIs to continue optimizing and improving.

  • Provide daily administration and support of the Salesforce database, including, but not limited to, managing user setup, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts

  • Maintain regular and proactive communications with all key stakeholders.

  • Develop relevant reports and dashboards.

Requisitos mínimos

  • + 3 years experience managing and implementing sales force marketing cloud tool

  • + 2 years of experience in digital marketing and managing websites, using a CMS and Google Analytics.

  • Experience and strong understanding of SalesForce CRM

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structure and functionality

  • Experience with GDPR and other related local data privacy laws
