Position Purpose:

The CRM Analyst will be responsible for the end to end KPI analysis of adhoc and behavior triggered campaigns for B2C and B2B in EU, as well as audience analysis and leads and revenue reporting, as part of the EU CRM Team.

This role will be responsible for data analysis and reporting on campaigns to optimize customer journeys and segmentations in order to drive sales opportunities for the company.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the detailed weekly reporting on e-mails' key KPIs (open rates, click-troughs, conversion rates, unsubscribes etc). Critically review and understand changes in customer behavior and provide recommendations and action plans with a clear strategy based on findings.

  • Build the conversion channel reporting and provide insights on a weekly basis (conversions, leads, revenue, campaigns effectiveness, etc.).

  • Continued e-mail database analysis to identify potential efficient segments and provide insights to the team.

  • Implement test & learn strategies to maximize the effectiveness of e-mails and provide insights, ensuring that CRM programme drives increased levels of quality candidates and clients for all areas of the EU business.

  • Use SQL/ Excel / campaign tool to develop and maintain regular reports on the response from all campaign activity.

  • Build strong working relationships with the EU marketing teams.

Requisitos mínimos
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing / CRM analysis.

  • Working experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and/or Exact Target or similar e-mail marketing tools.

  • Working experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.

  • Experience working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms. SQL, AMPscript skills would be an advantage.

  • Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills.

  • High level of motivation and initiative and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal and ability to build solid relationships at all levels

  • Great organization and management skills.

  • Problem solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude.

  • Excellent level in English + other EU language is a plus.
