MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Group's IFRS accounting policies and assure its application in affiliated companies and joint ventures.


• Coordination and supervision of the monthly consolidation process, under IFRS standards, across the world with ca. big number of legal entities.


• Elaboration of the Consolidated Annual Accounts for the Group, as well as the Consolidated Interim Accounts(half yearly basis),based on the requirements of a stock listed company according to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).


• Supervision of reporting packages in affiliated companies and joint ventures, under Group's accounting policies, in compliance with the consolidation and reporting deadlines.


• Contribution to the standardisation and implementation of procedures, accounting policies and controls in the Group's companies to ensure quality of information in the consolidation process.


• Define with the external audit the annual and half year audit schedules and instructions for the affiliated companies and joint ventures.


• Coordination of consolidation and accounting issues with third parties like external auditors, and internal parties like internal auditors.


• Review and prepare the supporting documentation required for external and internal auditors.


• Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed. Lead ad-hocac counting analysis and accounting due diligences on M&Aprojects.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of proven experience in a similar positioning a multinational company, preferably in the industrial sector, and as an auditor in a Big4.


• Bachelor degree in business administration or economics. Master degree in finance/auditwill bevalued.


• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.


• Excellent knowledge of HFM Consolidation and SAP.


• Knowledge of PowerBI will be valued.


• High level of Spanish and English.


• Skills: results-oriented and problem-solving attitude, highly analytical, attention to detail, flexible, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, proactive and team-oriented, excellent oral and written communication skills, team management skills.
