Important company in the energy technology sector is looking for a Commercial Management Specialist to join an interesting project temporarily to support the coordination of the contractual strategy and its implementation.

Functions:
- Ensure cost effective and adequate commercial contract execution, considering market conditions and complying with contractual conditions, policies and regulations.
- Provide support in the contract management activities: understanding of contractual
responsibilities and adherence in the most efficient and effective way, contractor
relationship management and commercial performance, cost control of contract
modifications.
- Ensure an appropriate regulatory compliance level for contract management activities
and the implementation of actions ensuing from audit findings.
- Support document and data management activities in commercial tools (mainly
executed by external support resources).
- Provide support to the management of payment related forecasts at contract level.
- Support the execution of procurement procedures for the Engineering Unit linked to
procurement documentation, negotiations or evaluations.

Requirements:
- Educational level: degree course completed in accordance with the tasks of the job. Demonstration of experience of an equivalent level.
- Professional experience: Job-related proven experience of minimum 3 years following the education requirements.
- Computer literacy: Good knowledge and experience of MS Office
-Language skills: English (C1) and French (B2)
-Personal skills:
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to perform duties autonomously with speed and accuracy,
according to set budgets and schedules.
- Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills.

-Estimated duration of the tasks to be performed: temporary (1-6 months)
-Desired starting date: 01.03.2023
-Salary: according to candidate experience.
