Support one or multiple Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Middle Office, Business, SSC or Finance areas.


Reporting directly to and working in close collaboration with the Middle Office Transformation Lead you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Support local, regional, or global projects and initiatives

  • Review, understand and document current ASIS operating model and detailed processes

  • Review, understand and document current systems

  • Support on TOBE process design and documentation, including the needed controls

  • Perform and document Gap Analysis on process and systems

  • Define, implement and report KPIs and SLAs

  • Perform pre-go live readiness check with local and central organization

  • Participate on and/or facilitate workshops for ASIS documentation and knowledge transfer

  • Prepare training material for central and local team, support on training delivery and follow-up on execution

  • Create Business Requirement documents for enhancements or bug resolution when applicable.

  • Provide test-case scenarios and support on testing when needed

  • Support on defining reporting needs and solutions


  • Experience in a very multinational environment

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements:

  • Ideally 2-4yearsofexperiencein:
    • Process analysis, process engineering or business analysis roles

    • Operations management (finance and non-finance), involved in continuous improvement projects


  • 'Doer' attitude

  • Process documentation, optimization, and re-engineering

  • SalesForce and NetSuite knowledge is a plus

  • Ticketing tool usage and/or configuration is a plus

  • Tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio (or other process design tools)

  • Dynamic, curious, highly organized with a methodical approach and attention for detail

  • Recruiting/ Outsourcing Industry knowledge

  • English proficiency

  • Other EU languages is a plus

  • Reporting skills

  • Ability to successfully manage various projects simultaneously
