In FUT-URE Recruitment and Technology we are searching for Business Development Trainee to join our main offices in Barcelona.

FUT-URE provides high-quality Headhunting services to the Europe leading customers and currently looking for a new team member to join the team and perform the following:

TASKS:
- Bringing in new clients from Spanish and/or European market
- Developing new source channels
- Advise potential clients about the different products/services and offer the best option for their business model
- Building effective relationships with customers to develop a pipeline
- Identify decision-makers and contact them through cold-calling in order to generate leads, follow-up and close deals
- Develop the most efficient and effective sales strategies for your market

Requirements:
- You are graduating (Business or Marketing Degree or any other Engineering or Tech degree) and are looking for a first experience to start your career

- You have easy contact with people and have excellent communication skills, you love to make an impact and help other people
- You have a lot of energy and are self-motivator
- You are self-starter, take initiative and bring new ideas
- You like to challenge yourself and always aim to the top
