* Give support to our Customers, Sales force and Collection Team on Vendor Request related matters.
* Coordinate with our local office in the country to gather the required information and documents to complete
the Vendor Requests from our customers
* Organize and monitor the most common Page information and documents for future needs
* Monitor and update the customers information in our Data Base management software
* Update proactively our information and documents in our customers' portals
* Assist the Billing & Compliance team in their daily tasks

Requisitos mínimos

* Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach.
* Customer service centric
* Fluent in English and Spanish - Italian is desirable
* MS Office
* Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
