International company in the telecommunications sector
2nd / 3rd line Support for critical business applications, including Enterprise Service Management (Cherwell) and Asset and Configuration Management (FNT).
2nd / 3rd line Support for Enterprise Integration Platform (TBC).
2nd / 3rd line Support for Business Intelligence Platform (Azure/PowerBI).
Manage changes to applications and platforms as part of BAU or project activities.
Where required, liaise with 3rd party Application/Support providers.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and performance through integration or stronger data management.
